I'm in love and his name is KitchenAid! - I received this mixer as an early christmas gift and used it for the first time on the christmas cookies that are a big tradition in our family. In the past I've used my mum's old mixer, My new mixer made mixign up the cookie dough a breeze and I am blown away! They usually take forever to mix butwere done in no time! I didn't think the 4 1/2 quart bowl would be large enough for the whole recipe but I had room to spare! It's surprisingly deep.
